The house is located on Pender Island in British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. It is completely different from the usual buildings on the west coast of Canada.

The house has about 530 square meters of living space and is located on a 4.5 hectare lot. It is enthroned on a hill directly by the sea, surrounded by coastal Douglas fir forests. The view over Browning Harbour is breathtaking and unique.

The property was built in the style of a castle. The house was completely designed by the current owner. There are many stories and details around the furnishings of the house. The love here is mainly in the detail and there is a story around almost every accessory in this house.
